HAKONE AI is a paid private AI service for families.

The service is provided by Synapse Cascade Gomei Kaisha, a Japanese company, and is available for families in Japan.

Before setup begins, each family first submits a Private Assessment request.

Monthly Private AI Service Fee:
JPY 6,800 / month

Payment Method:
PayPal only

How to Begin:
After you submit a Private Assessment request, we will review the information provided by the parent or legal guardian.

If HAKONE AI appears to be appropriate for your family, we will send a PayPal payment link and onboarding instructions by email.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that HAKONE AI will be offered, configured, or accepted for use in every case.

HAKONE AI is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency response service.

HAKONE AI is not a surveillance tool.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for decisions about family rules, screen-time boundaries, safety, and care.
