HAKONE AI is a paid private AI service for adults aged 18 and over.

The service is provided by Synapse Cascade Gomei Kaisha, a Japanese company, and is available to eligible adult users in Japan.

Before setup begins, each applicant first submits a Private Assessment request.

Payment Method:

How to Begin:
After you submit a Private Assessment request, we will review the information you provide.

If HAKONE AI appears to be appropriate for your use, we will send a PayPal payment link and onboarding instructions by email.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that HAKONE AI will be offered, configured, or accepted for use in every case.

Important Notice:
HAKONE AI is intended only for adults aged 18 and over.

HAKONE AI is not a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency response service.

HAKONE AI is not a surveillance tool.

Tokkyu Hosokawa

Digital Public Health Auditor / Algorithmic Ethics Designer. Drawing on expertise across the disciplines of law, systems engineering, and biology, he has conducted research in digital science for a decade—since 2014—based on empirical data from 1,500 families. He leads the design of "HAKONE," a practical infrastructure that enables human agency to remain central while fostering coexistence with the commercial algorithms of major platforms—advancing them rather than seeking their exclusion or legal restriction. He also spearheads proposals to fill the "policy gap" regarding digital autonomy for adults.
